UNIVERSAL STUDIO AND LEGOLAND 24-25 JAN 2013

Our first outing in 2013 to Universal Studio Singapore and Legoland Johor Bharu...... Very fascinating in both places. My children really enjoyed.

Family Vacation in Cameron Highland 23 Dec 2012

Family Vacation each year is always special events for our family especially my three children as they always look forward for such event. This year was ever more special as we went for Umrah in March 2012. We went to Umrah just after my retirement on 3^rd March 2012 in tandem with my birthday. Since then there is no more family outing…….. until towards the end of the year, my youngest son started grumbling why there is no family outing as they have nothing to do at home. My wife proposed, alright lets go to Universal Studio…. Ohhh…….. god …..if I were to go to Universal Studio Singapore, my friend will curse at me as I made a promise not to step my foot even an inch on Singapore soil on personal capacity.

Fortunately, both the tickets at Universal Studio and Legoland were sold out especially on the day of Christmas eve, so our plan trip to Singapore was cancelled and I feel relieve. My daughter proposed for a trip to Cameron Highland, yes it was a good suggestion….. most interestingly the cold weather in Cameron Highland. This was my second trip to Cameron, my first trip was 35 years ago when I was 15 years old. 

Again, this time was not so lucky, the traffic in Cameron Highland was so bad, traffic congestion everywhere with narrow road, car move like a turtle….  As I told my wife, this could be my last trip to Cameron Highland, going there was not like holiday, a stressful journey, it was actually not a holiday.
